The retainer model
Like retained executive search: the client commits upfront and pays for access, curation, and expertise — not just the objects. One annual payment covers everything below. No monthly invoices, no decisions to revisit.
Essential — $2,000/year
5 small originals (11×14 / 12×16), curated for your space. Professional installation + quarterly rotation included. Ideal for lobbies, conference rooms, executive offices.
Statement — $4,500/year
1 large statement piece + 3 small originals. Professional installation + quarterly rotation included. Ideal for reception areas, boardrooms, client-facing spaces.
Signature — $9,000/year
2 large statement pieces + 5 small originals. Dedicated curation + priority access to new work. Ideal for full-office programs, multi-floor installations.

Terms
12-month commitment; retainer paid upfront (50/50 split available on Signature)
50% of the retainer credited toward purchase of any retained pieces — a Statement client owns their collection outright at 24 months
Installation and quarterly rotation included within NYC metro; beyond quoted separately
Client responsible for insurance or adds 5% rider
Normal wear covered; damage billed at repair cost
