Wall Street to Savannah

An immersive art & retail experience for destination retail.

The Concept

Wall Street to Savannah brings art, luxury, commerce and the unexpected together in an immersive experience designed for destination retail. Original artwork, live painting, interactive participation and a curated retail collection invite guests to stop, linger, engage and shop.

The Experience

Art in Motion — Original artwork installed throughout the space, with select works created live.

Participate — Guests become part of the experience through interactive painting and unexpected creative moments.

Shop the Collection — Limited-edition prints, wearable art and objects inspired by Wall Street to Savannah, designed to be discovered and collected.

Why It Works in Destination Retail

• A reason to stop: live art and unexpected installations turn passing traffic into engagement.
• A reason to return: new works, live painting and changing retail pieces give guests something different to discover.
• A reason to shop: original art, limited-edition prints and wearable pieces create purchases at multiple price points.
• Built for social: guest-generated content and social sharing extend the experience beyond the property.

The Weekend Pilot

A two-day, low-risk pilot designed to test engagement, sales and future potential:

• Art: curated original works plus live painting.
• Participate: a collaborative community painting.
• Experience: seating, rugs and unexpected sculptural moments create a place to stop and engage.
• Shop: originals, prints, stationery and wearable art.
• Connect: opportunities for collaborations with property retailers, restaurants and brands.

Beyond the Pilot

A concept designed to expand: corporate experiences (live painting, interactive art, creative team-building), private and VIP events (custom activations for clients, partners and executives), and brand partnerships (original artwork, limited-edition merchandise and collaborative installations).
